Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate creative and original written content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Produce clear, concise, and grammatically correct content that adheres to the organization’s style guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, topics, and keywords to create relevant and valuable content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor content to identify opportunities and maintain content competitiveness.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and on-page SEO best practices.
  • Ensure the content is user-friendly and ranks well in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with marketing objectives and target audience needs.
  • Help plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and readability.
  • Proofread and fact-check content to eliminate errors.
  • Promote content on social media platforms and through email marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to coordinate content promotion efforts.
  • Engage with the audience through comments, responses, and discussions related to published content.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to make informed content improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and adjust content strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of content initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO tools.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (optional).
