Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and produce video content that aligns with marketing goals and targets various stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create video assets, including product videos, explainer videos, testimonial videos, and more.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, shooting, and editing.
- Ensure high-quality production values, including videography, audio, lighting, and visual effects.
- Oversee post-production, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and graphics.
- Develop and execute video marketing strategies that leverage video content across multiple channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
- Identify target audiences for video content and tailor video marketing plans to reach and engage them effectively.
- Create and optimize a YouTube channel for the company, ensuring consistency in branding and content delivery.
- Upload, schedule, and manage video content on YouTube, utilizing SEO strategies for improved discoverability.
- Create short-form videos (e.g., video ads, Instagram Stories, TikTok videos) for social media platforms.
- Manage video content calendars for social media and ensure timely publication.
- Plan and execute video advertising campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and optimize video ad performance, adjusting targeting and budgets as needed.
- Analyze video performance metrics, including view counts, engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports on video marketing performance, sharing insights and recommendations with the marketing team and senior management.
- Ensure that all video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining brand consistency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Video Marketing Specialist or similar role with a successful track record in video content creation and video marketing.
- Proficiency in video production tools and software, including video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), camera equipment, and lighting.
- Strong understanding of video marketing best practices, storytelling, and video SEO.
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills, with an eye for visual composition and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
